Gitxaała Nation is also known as Git Lax M’oon, People of Saltwater. Our connection to the land water and its resources is very important to us and we want to make sure that the resources we harvest and rely on are available for generations to come. So much of our history is in the areas seen looking out the windows of The Crest Hotel – we want to be able to share the beauty and experience with all who visit.”
